If inaccuracies or omissions in billing or payment information are encountered, there may be an additional delay of 2-3 business days in order processing.

c) Shipping Area:

  • Shipments originate from Indore, India, and cover all territories within India, except for PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner.
  • Shipping costs are calculated and clearly indicated during order confirmation on the invoice. The price displayed on the estimate folio includes the shipping cost and accurately reflects the final charge.

d) Delivery Timeframe and Charges:

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days.
  • No extra handling charges are imposed during delivery. Please do not make additional payments to anyone during delivery.
  • Advance notification calls will keep you informed about visits and approximate timings.
  • Delivery Areas: We ship across India, excluding certain remote locations. If nobody is present at the address the order will be marked as undelivered.
  • Subsequently, it will be rescheduled within the next 2 days, with extra charges applied if undelivered again. Detailed instructions will be provided for order collection in such cases.
  • Delays: Dhoonki is not liable for delays caused by courier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
