Our Policy
At Dhoonki, we follow a No Returns, Exchange-Only policy. This approach is rooted in our commitment to sustainable fashion — reducing reverse logistics helps minimise our environmental footprint and promotes conscious shopping.
No Returns: Products once sold cannot be returned. They can only be replaced or exchanged for a different size or product of equal value.
Exchanges Welcome: We understand that sizing and fit matter. If your order doesn't fit as expected, we're happy to exchange it for you within the eligible window.

Email us at support@dhoonki.com within 7 days of delivery.
Share Order Details
Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and your preferred replacement (size/product).
Ship the Item
Once approved, we'll guide you through the return shipping process. Ensure the item is packed securely in its original condition.
Receive Your Exchange
After we receive and verify your item, we'll ship the replacement within 2–5 business days.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items with missing or removed tags
- Items with stains, damage, or odour
- Sale or discounted items (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
- Items beyond the 7-day exchange window
Processing Time
Once we receive your item, it will be inspected within 1–2 business days. If eligible, the replacement will be dispatched within 2–5 business days.
You will receive email notifications at each stage of the exchange process.
All exchange shipments originate from Indore. Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier availability.
