By browsing our site or shopping our range of eco-friendly unisex cotton t-shirts, pyjamas, and casual wear for men and women, you accept our Terms & Conditions, Exchange Policy, Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines.
If you disagree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our website. Unauthorised use of our content, graphics, or intellectual property will be addressed under applicable Indian law.
Orders & Billing
- All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Accurate billing and account details must be provided at the time of checkout.
- Failed payments may result in delayed processing of your order.
Supported Payment Methods:
Exchange-Only Policy (No Returns)
At Dhoonki, we follow a No Returns, Exchange-Only policy to reduce reverse logistics and promote conscious shopping. Products once sold cannot be returned — they can only be replaced or exchanged.
Exchange Eligibility: Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. Exchanges are valid only once per order.

Promotions & Discounts
We occasionally run exclusive promotions or discounts on our t-shirts, loungewear, and gender-neutral fashion. These are subject to duration, availability, and specific terms & conditions.
- Discounts cannot be combined or clubbed unless explicitly mentioned.
- Dhoonki reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion without prior notice.
